This is the first time I have ever spoken up in this group. I'm no financial adviser by any stretch. Given your short time till retirement I'd play it safe. Especially with the current and future forecast. Personally I'd park your money in the F fund or the 2030. This way you will be protected to some degree but will also have some exposure. Upping your contribution is definitely the smartest thing you can do at anytime and the more the better. If you are able to afford catch up payments then do so..
