We don't know enough about your situation. For solid free feedback, I'd suggest you go to a site like Bogleheads.org, Join the group by creating an anonymous "handle" for your name, lay out your portfolio, savings, pension, expected SSA income, and expected age at retirement. Only then will a group have enough information to give you useful suggestions.
I don't know what they will tell you, but I'm pretty sure they will at least advise you to diversify away from just the S fund.

Especially with the current and future forecast. Personally I'd park your money in the F fund or the 2030. This way you will be protected to some degree but will also have some exposure. Upping your contribution is definitely the smartest thing you can do at anytime and the more the better. If you are able to afford catch up payments then do so...
