The S&P500 rose 1.6% this week, following last week's 0.6% gain. That leaves the index up 5.3% for the quarter (13 weeks), and up 7.0% for the year (52 weeks).
The Russell 2000 rose 1.5% this week, following last week's 0.6% gain. That leaves the index up 2.9% for the quarter (13 weeks), and down 8.3% for the year (52 weeks).
If the Trade talks go well I see more upside with C then S

1 Month S fund 6.5%; Russell 2000 +5%
