Hi Ben,
All it really does is explain today's rally.
With respect to your allocations...the market continues to be long term bullish. What it WILL do remains to be seen.
Understand that markets don't move on news but on the interpretation of news.
While lower interest rates, with everything else remaining constant, is a bullish, if it was believed that rates were to be lowered because the economy is going down the tubes, it would be a bearish signal.
