So if you rolled it over now to a Roth IRA, don't you really owe taxes now for any increase in the balance.

Thought I'd throw this out there and maybe it's been covered.  I expect to work full time for another 15-20 yrs.  My current income isn't very high (I work for a non-profit).  Since I cannot add to the TSP now, It seems smart to me to roll over the TSP into a Roth IRA so that I'm not taxed  on it 15 years from now.  Thoughts?
