I use this strategy for trading ETFs in my brokerage account and have had great success with it.  Thanks for sharing this as well!

A few months ago, I learned about a TSP investment model based on Mebane Faber's model: https://federalnewsradio.com/federal-report/2016/07/want-more-control-over-your-investments/

I made a website, Tactical Thrift, based on this model, and am continuing to test it. It calculates the 10 month SMA for each TSP stock fund, and automatically makes an investment decision for the 1st of each month.

Feel free to make use of it. It is fully automated and only updates once at the end of each month to indicate what the model says to do for the next month.

The charts and history may also be useful to you to see the broader picture of the market based on a 10-month SMA.
