Do you have any insight into why S, for example, is better than C right now? One is small to medium and the other is large cap....I believe. Just on the learning curve here and appreciate any explanation.

I looked at the current allocation in the table at https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/TSP_Strategy/database/1/edit (that you kindly provided below) and noticed that the current S allocation began 11/7/2016....or 7.5 months ago. Do you think it is a good idea to jump into S now, or am I too late getting into that ramp up? What would your or the readers do? Stay in G until the next good opportunity, say when the dollar looks like it is weakening and I fund looks good? Thanks for any insight.

We have not yet hit the half way point on this move IMHO, so I still like S.
No..not G. Even if we suffer a hit during the dog days of Aug - Oct, I would stay in S.
I do see the I fund coming to the fore, but not imminently.
The G fund increases in attractiveness as interest rates rise. We're not there yet.
