I'm not so sure TSP Coach is tracking Performance properly. I may be wrong and correct me if I am. They provide the trade on the night of last trade of the month, so technically, the trade is two trade days later.
For January, TSP records 1.9% for C fund. That is Dec 30 to Jan 31.
TSP Coach trade would be Jan 3rd to Feb 1st. 31.4753-31.1352=0.3401/31.1352=1.09% TSP Coach is reporting 1.8% For January.
