Can we discuss this petition first? 4 seems as arbitrary as 2. (Remember that it used to be daily.) If the Board stands by their claim that trades cost them too much, I would prefer a petition for 2 *free* trades with subsequent trades requiring a fee representing the actual cost. Presumably, it would be very small and such a petition would have a better chance of being accepted since it would not increase costs to the current system.
