RE: [TSP_Strategy] How do I cancel out additional TSP catchup contributions in Employee Express

 

Where is the stop button? I can see the stop button for my normal TSP contribution, but I don't see the Stop button for the Traditional (Pre Tax) Contributions Catch-Up? Is there something I am missing? This is what the EE helpdesk said  

 Please use the following steps to change/update your TSP and Roth contributions

       1.     Select THRIFT SAVINGS PLAN/ROTH from the Navigation Pane

       2.     Select the option you wish to update (TSP catch-up)

       3.     Click Stop (you should see change/stop)

       4.     Click SAVE

       5.     Confirm your change and click CONFIRM

       6.     Enter your email address and click SEND EMAIL

It will only stop Catch-up.

IT WILL NOT STOP A ZERO AMOUNT.

IT WILL ONLY CHANGE A ZERO AMOUNT.
