Go to https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx . Sign in. Go to the main menu and select TSP Catchup amount. The Catchup Current Status should indicate what is being withheld. Enter the correct amount you want for the Catchup in the New block.

Once they get entered its not evident how to cancel them.
I accidentally entered a duplicate TSP cash catchup deduction, I didn't realize I had already done that three months ago.
