I did say yesterday you might want to observe it yesterday when we had the makings of a rally and make your decision based on what happened yesterday ("fly it and watch it" as we say in aviation). Of course the rally then fizzled like many other days this year. I still observe the next level of significant support for the S Fund surrogate DWCPF is 700 which implies more downside to where we are now. I think the cat has hit and he forgot to bounce. I have been telling you for some time that I am G and F - I can't tell you what to do so I will stop short from doing so here.
