I'd never heard of robinhood before seeing this post.

I added the app and funded it with a few dollars and then went looking for some cheap stocks to buy.

I googled "best cheap stocks" and found lots of articles. Comparing the articles from a few months back to current stock prices it was pretty easy to assess the accuracy of the prediction and with that I spread a few pennies around like birdseed.

This could be fun.

I saw that you signed up, very cool! I'm pretty new too, so I'm learning right along with you... Although I still have a long time until retirement. I just try to learn a little bit every day and read a little bit every day. Slow and steady wins the race! I do most of my retirement saving through the TSP but I have been using the Robinhood app with small amounts of money in well known, established companies just to learn. I don't try to get rich on it, but if I can make enough every few days to take the family out to dinner, I'm excited! Haha good luck!
