My take on this is that there is income equality just as well in the Private Sector , even in small companies.
Some do very little and get paid a lot and some do a lot and get paid little.
Also you know who is really underpaid? School teachers, at least in my school district.
I've worked very hard as an engineer. I can't imagine anyone in the private sector working much harder than me. Others I know do also.
