the chatter i was referring to were all of last weeks "are we there yet" posts.
do you care to expound on your "wait and see mode" comment? what is it that you are wanting to see?

whats the sentiment out there the TSP Strategy land? is group still looking for a rebound then lower lows or now looking ahead at bluer skies for 2016? chatter here has been pretty quiet lately.
When TSPers could trade daily, there was considerably more chatter, as you can imagine.
Given the current constraints of the TSP, we're largely in a wait and see mode.
If/when the TSP permits outside mutual funds, the chatter should increase.
