Chatter was high when the bull market was in force and monthly comparisons of which strategies were performing best was fun. After falling off the cliff, DWCPF had been making a run up toward the ~920 level like it did at the end of January. That wasn't a high enough to trigger a TSP Strategy exit from S Fund by at the time.

Another 8% fall from there set a 2-1/2 year low on 11 February. Exiting now would lock in nearly 15% loss since moving to S over a year ago. Not much chatter lately about the 700 level some were expecting a while back either. So, maybe that's a good thing.

For those who have enough time and can tolerate the risk (not me), buying and holding 100% US equities funds for a long time should eventually pay off. Right now, S Fund is +30% over the past 5 years, and C Fund is +45%. The questions for those who like to be all in are, "which TSP Fund will be the better one to buy and hold for the next 5 years?" and "when should I make the move?"
