After holding 100% C for over 8 months, TSP Strategy moved to S one year ago. S is down ~13% since then and C is down ~4%. But, 5 year return on S is +65% and C is only slightly better at +73%.
So, when deciding which TSP Fund to buy and hold 100% does TSP Strategy think the next 1 to 5 years will perform more like S or C? Or does the timing of the next move based on technical analysis matter more?

[PS: I take TSP Strategy group input into consideration when deciding when to make moves and what percentages of equity funds to hold in my portfolio of 2-5 funds at any time.]
