So, when deciding which TSP Fund to buy and hold 100% does TSP Strategy think the next 1 to 5 years will perform more like S or C? Or does the timing of the next move based on technical analysis matter more?
Currently watching the bounce. When the bounce ends, will likely exit.
Endings of bull markets are worst for S fund. Starts of bull markets are best for S fund.
So, will likely return to S fund when the bull market comes back.
