[TSP_Strategy] Question on Bear Market

 

HI Sarah,

I'd like to ask your opinion on how long you think this bear market will last.  I may not be asking it correctly but I am trying to find out if your expectation is that we will be in the F Fund for a while or if we will be going back to S in the near future.  

Also, do you think that even in this bear market that the S Fund will continue to increase or will the share value keep dropping?
