In an election year? Are you new here?
:-)
for instance, using TSP Charts & Returns - Thrift Savings Plan <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__tspcenter.com_tspReturns.php&d=CwMCaQ&c=0NKfg44GVknAU-XkWXjNxQ&r=s-zfjgUaIKGNl1KZHgLbmVKBpaQLCYytsqYTmjkcbhM&m=UnWFWkijBNwNRez1kSroloobJjM0oT-7gzAT9-XCiNU&s=CiG15xugZ68AzS1_oqnjlLWzBf1gR8KyoC8Vq6PkDZE&e=> the F fund is looking like it is "rolling over" / "toppy" in the short term and C & S are heading up. I looks 'dicey'
i am personally about to "stand aside" in G fund with my F fund portion till the end of the month (my 3rd move) (as a retiree, i can only add to TSP, if i understand correctly, by moving cash from an IRA to TSP)

I can agree with these sentiments, but does that warrant throwing the baby out with the bath water, i.e., cutting our wages and benefits???? You've always got the 10 per centers at each end of the bell curve but do the rest of us deserve to be thrown under the bus with them? In November we don't get to vote on which parts of the platform they will pass!
I want to vote for none of the above! They are all whores; they work for whoever pays them the most! And it's sad 'cuz I don't see any reasonable, balanced alternative to either party.
Just my opinion. Not worth a plug nickel.

Hear, hear! We see the same thing and have to deal with some of these situations in my office, albeit indirectly. These same employees are out if the office are bringing charges and false accusations against their supervisors (seemingly as a stall tactic) all while they sit at home not working while EEO advises the supervisor how to deal with the situation, which is basically to not deal with it. The supervisor needs someone to perform the job, but their hands are tied by the EEO process. I thought this was supposed to be simplified a few years ago? Seems it got more complicated, and it's just as difficult today to get rid if employees that aren't working.

I agree with every point of that proposal. I am sick and tired of having to contend with the myriad of useless slackers that only exist to collect a paycheck.
EEO has created groups of employees that are held to no standard at all. Their only contribution is filing false claims against those that do the work. Then they are promoted into positions they are woefully unqualified for where they wreak the havoc on all the hard working dedicated employees.
It's time to clean house. I hope they start at the top where most of the useless currently reside.
