Just wondered how far is the S fund from long term bull mode, has to be close. I realize things could change any day like it did
last year when I was in Sturgis for 2 weeks in August. Any one Sturgis bound this year?

Subject: [TSP_Strategy] C Fund - New All Time High
S&P 500 hits new all time high today, which places it back in long term bull mode.
While that should be a reason to cheer, the other indices are not yet providing confirmation.
Even though the Dow Industrials are nearing a new high, the Dow Transports continue down.
As such, the Dow Theory would say that the market is still in bear mode.
S fund is also still in long term bear mode.
F fund is in long term bull mode.
Mixed signals as we enter the bear season (Aug-Oct).
