Yes, I agree that the disruption was short in duration, but what if a much more severe market plunge occurs, will the discrepancy be prolonged into days? I don't think we know at this point, and if I were to be seeking safe haven during an "obvious" crash, I may be selling into an order of magnitude difference between the ETF price and the actual stocks' behavior. Of course, this decoupling can work in the buyer's favor too...
