Maintaining a mid to long-term view is fundamental to investing in the TSP. One does not need to be 'nimble' in moving in/out of the TSP Funds if following a disciplined and non-emotional approach. Adopt a system that has professional merit and monitor confirming models. Pick a few. Mine is TSP Radar's algorithmic strategies. No one has THE silver bullet approach. But a static approach is bound to fail.
Track Momentum systematically and abhor emotion and intuition.
