I'm tracking a buy or a sell signal based on 60-days EMA line cross up or down over 200-days EMA.  Recently, some of major indexes (INDU, DJT, NYA and SPX) generated a "Sell" signal based on this tracking.  As long as I follow this signal and invest my assets in TSP accordingly, then I don't have to guess what the market would do while most of the time I'll be on right side of the market movements regardless of the market is in 'Bull or Bear" mode.  Don't be afraid about missing some initial bounce or taking some initial losses.  I think this signal works well for predicting a long term 'Bull or Bear" market direction.  Just being on the right side for the majority of the time will be the key to grow your wealth...Just my two cents worth!

Diversification can limit the swing either way. I'm down to 45% in S, C and I, with the rest in G and F. I may pull more out of equities if there is a nice jump up after the Fed decision on interest rates. I'll wait to put more back in until an upward direction becomes clearer. Good luck to all who are 100% in any one fund.
