Re: [TSPStrategy] TSP hires new vendor to take the plan into the 21st century

this is confusing.  if Blackrock manages 80% or 90% of C or S how is another fund managing the remainder helpful or hurtful?  I think each fund will have its own strategy and outlook with some similar positions as well.  Im not sure i see the benefit other than more fees or a mismatched approach.
