You should be seeing a Higher YTD return than that, as long as you aren't 100% G/F.

Do your future self a Favor, knowing you have at least 10yrs to go, and only use those two for Bunkering from big dips, NOT as your Retirement Income Building Strategy. They are rest stops. not GYMS.

G Fund doesn't return or build squat; it's strictly a Risk avoidance/keep what you've got shelter.

S, C, or I parallel the Major US Indexes and are where your Cash can and will Grow if you send it to the GYM! 

I just looked last night and since Jan, my YTD return is 23.87%.

Not too shabby despite COVID and politics trying their best to Crush us all.
