Until my mid-50s, allocations and contributions were the same percentages - split to majority in C and some in S.

Approaching retirement w/ other sources of retirement income, close to 70% equity, 30% cash (5% F, 25% G). But, nibbling right now on equity with contributions set at 95% (C, S, and I). I don't plan to adjust it anytime soon and just keep up checking on how things are going.

I think it depends overall on risk tolerance, age, other investments outside of TSP, etc.
