Don's reply had little if anything to do with the subject at hand, so I changed the subject line.
That said, I don't know what he is talking about with the first two points; however, I agree with having a later time cutoff for IFTs. I have to believe that it would not be too burdensome for their computer systems to accept transfers up to one hour before the closing of the market.

It's not really a theory. Smaller companies, almost by definition, grow exponentially when compared with much larger companies. That said, they also fall exponentially in bear markets.
While we have large US companies (C fund), small US companies (S fund) and large foreign companies (I fund) available to us, it would be nice to also have a small foreign index. But that's not offered to us yet.
