thanks to Sarah, i thought a lot, and am 100% in whatever fund i'm in, and monitor daily.
If I'm in, I'm all in. why pay someone $100-$150+/yr to do what we do for free?
TSP has extremely low rates and if we get really lazy, the 2050 L fund is not that bad, but the S is better

Concur. My thoughts exactly. SARAH - WELL PUT. Have we missed our on something that "nobody" shared? So far, since joining, I've done very well with the extremely limited choices the TSP has to offer. On my personal investments I have gathered enough advice on this site to kick ass.
The articles (even the ones about life insurance!) have opened my eyes to investment possibilities and tradeoffs that wouldn't normally make it through my thick skull.
No complaints here...
