Tradesill, you're focusing short-term on a vehicle that can't be traded short-term due to TSP regulations.
I think the S fund has much further to go before it runs out of steam, long term.
That said, we could see a short term hiccup, particularly in late Aug, Sept, or early Oct.
I would not risk anticipating a decline here. It is not seriously extended from its base.
