I very rarely make moves given the constraints on the TSP. In this case, I have a strong feeling that the normal Aug to Oct decline will be re-enforced by geo-political turmoil. I therefore moved to G today given the new highs made in the S fund. I will stay in G until I have a clearer feeling on direction. As others have said, the group is still 100% S, and Sarah feels S is still long term bullish and I is doing very well.
