Transfers requested prior to noon EST are processed that night, based on the day's closing price. Since it's too late to get today's price, I'd wait to see what tomorrow brings.
It's frustrating how Yahoo strips prior emails when replying online, so I'm not sure what you said before. If I remember right, you had 60% in G? Unless the market skyrockets tomorrow, I would submit your IFT before noon EST to put more in equities (C, S, I). Even if the market goes up a little bit, buying into equities at the slightly higher price would be better than keeping 60% of your TSP in the G Fund. I have very little risk aversion though, so it's all about what you're comfortable with.
