is very simple to set up in excel, you can get 999 days of
data free in a single download from tspcenter, or just use
their free softwareYOU
have the control, the free tools for your retirement
money.Are
you the student or the teacher, or both?Why
are you doing what you are doing?If
you are still working, take your lunchtime and do the above,
moving averages and ~4 years, 999 days data, set up a
spreadsheet with 20, 50, 200 day moving averages(=avg
m1,m21), copy paste, repeat for 50 and 200, set up a trigger
signal, if column 1 ,> column 2, > column 3 +1, else
0For
is 20day>50day>200dayYou
don't care about daily fluctuations, that is extraneous
noise. Then is C fund, S fund, I fund better. Understand the
numbers, remove emotion.Are
you a student or a teacher? Don't be timid, it's
only your entire retirement income for the rest of your life
after you retire.

TSP Wealth went 60%
I fund (20C/20S) as of yesterday.  Seasonals and SMA's
look positive.  I've got 20% in the I fund currently,
might move more this week.
