Hello - Does anyone know if the IRS contribution limit (I think 18K this year?) includes the agency matching?  OR, does it simply mean you can not contribute more than 18K of YOUR OWN funds?  So, in theory, you could contribute 18K and then the government could contribute their additional matching taking your total contributions above the 18K?  Thanks!
