i go to TSP.gov

they have the data there.

i find it easiest to just choose all data and download to a csv file, open in excel then do stuff

i find it easiest also to start on line 10. column A is date, etc.

i use an exponential moving average for the 20 day with offset =(offset(average,,,,))) so i can easily change to 5 or 10 or 20 or 50 day, use a formula for the +/- 2SD bands (bollinger bands) don't have handy, and add a linear regression line.

i do a daily copy/paste once i get the spreadsheet set up.
