no such thing as stupid questions IMO. To me, significant pullback is fluid depending on a lot of factors (such as the Georgia senate runoff outcomes, the recent run up in markets, vaccine distribution numbers and projected time to people getting shots, etc.). could be 10%, could be much more. The base portion is a prolonged period of essentially "calm." By that to me it means no big up or down moves over a period of time. how long, again to me that could be fluid as well.
Thats just my sense of the markets, by no means is that in stone, or correct, or something to follow. Just how i feel about what Sarah said. Others most likely have different ideas to her statement. I followed the move to G and will follow its return when that happens.
