Sarah - I agree. It is bear season now.  My observation concerned the DWCPF technical indicators with regard to near term future risk. Taking note of the early morning makings of a bear rally today, this week may hold the exit point folks are asking for.  Will be interested in your views as this unfolds.   - Eric

Jim – I said I would get back to you and here are my thoughts. The problem with the S Fund as represented by the DWCPF chart is it now portrays a classic head and shoulders formation beginning in late 2014 and extending all the way through 2015 and into this year.
