I am 4 years until retirement (age 56) under FERS. My husband retired last year under CSRS (at age 60 - he gets 3/4 retirement with 1/4 going to the ex). He is still employed as a contractor now. Our plan is to live off of retirement and not touch TSP until required to do so at 70, I believe. So, I am staying with S Fund. It is hard to see the value of the stock account, TSP, and my husband's new 401K decrease; however, I am hopeful for an upswing sometime.
