IMHO, no and no. Not at this time. However, my view may change if significant improvement occurs during the next few weeks.
REITS are attempting to battle back.
REITS were moving down, against the markets, from Jan thru July. At that point, they began an upward movement. Let's see if they can break thru considerable resistance.
