What do people think of this and please respond if moved: To play the game more aggressively -but at the same time wisely, shouldn't we treat our TSP's as continuing investments for 25 years post retirement --assuming we expect to live? In other words, when near retirement, shift into passive mode only what we need to withdraw for 6-8 years. Adjust outwards until it is all in a safe zone for the "end game"? Do you think that is good strategy? Are people in L funds just gonna get an annuity at retirement and leave investing? It would be interesting to see what people think of staying part way in the game after retirement?
