Some observations; little or no advice. First, the I Fund is up +8.6% YTD compared to +4.37% for S and +3.11% for C. So, depending on when you transferred most of your money into the I Fund, you may have done reasonably well in a difficult market. Whether and where to transfer all your I Funds right now are tough calls.
Both the S and C Funds are at about the same levels they were in late February. That's over 5 months of generally sideways movement. However, the S Fund is below both its 50 and 100 moving averages and falling. The C Fund is at least still above both of those moving averages. And the I Fund recovered from its early July scare.
Unless someone can identify the clear TSP fund leader for the next few months, I don't think it's a bad idea to have some money in both the C and I Funds right now.

Quick question. I now follow the advice of the group and allocate my contributions accordingly but I wanted to know if I have most of my money sitting in the I fund because of previous allocations is it a smarter move to interfund transfer all my I fund monies to the S and C fund? Thanks in advance
