1. No. Even though you moved to G, you used a transfer, so you have 1 transfer anywhere, and can transfer to G every day that the TSP is open (Mon-Fri, except for holidays).
2. S fund. You will be in C for the next day the market is open.

I had a couple of questions about intrafund transfers.
1. If you initially move money into the G fund in a month...do you still have 2 more transfers available for the month to move into other funds?
ex. currently in 100% S fund...move 50% into G fund. Do I still have 2 more transfers available to me? I understand that if I use 2 transfers in a month..I can only move funds into G fund after that...but what if I start by moving into G fund first?
2. If I make an IFT before noon eastern time...will my account be closed at the fund it is moved to?
ex. 100% S fund at 11am eastern time...IFT to 100% C fund at 1130am eastern time. Does my account close at S or C fund?
