are we discussing TSP or investing in other markets??
If we are discussing other markets, i'm looking and have been at the future, next 10-20 years, for the last 20-30 yrs.
I see decline of fossil fuels, ascendence of renewables with free fuel, sunlight, and related things, batteries, Photovoltaics, Li, Co, Ni, EV's etc.
BUT this is the TSP, not others. I am NOT advising anything and if you lose money, it's NOT my fault.

There are many good Emerging Market funds available. Some are passive and track the EM index, i.e EEM, and others are actively managed. One thing to consider are their management and sales fees, as they can vary by quite a margin (which can really effect long term performance). The active fund management fees are typically higher (for obvious reasons) but they are worth it if they have a history of out performance. T Rowe Price EM Stock Fund: PRMSX is worth a look.

I fund of course track the Developed Markets. TSP does not have a fund to track the Emerging Markets. For trading or investing outside the TSP you may want to look at broad based Emerging Market ETF or look at specific areas like India, Brazil, Russia or China. I made a boat load of money trading INDL a leveraged ETF tracking the India market. Of course do your own due diligence. \\
I agree. As I mentioned previously, I've placed my IRA into emerging markets.
India, Russia, Brazil, China and Japan look good.
