I'm one of those people Sarah recently pointed out that need a group like this to make sense of the complexities of the markets- with that said please forgive this dumb question.
I went to the I Fund when the group did. I check our progress here:

I've been happy to see Green Ink for so many days- with figures showing .25% or .30%, etc. gains.
When I checked today I see Red Ink- but the percentage of loss shows only 0.08%. It shows Red Ink for 1 Day, 5 Days, etc.
My question is this: How can we have gains of .25 and .30 for several days and then have the chart show Red Ink for 5 days when we have lost only a fraction of what we have gained?
Hope the question makes sense.
