You've confused me with your statement. I do not remember the exact date that most people moved to the I fund, however, having just done a little math; since 1 January 18 the I find has risen by 1.302 per share, whereas the S fund has only risen by 1.0528. Either way, it is the stock market and you are not forced to move your assets, Sarah just makes recommendations or tells us what she is doing with her assets. By following her guidance my PIP went through the roof last year.
This is just my opinion, good luck with your decision of moving back to the S fund.
