Hi Sarah I believe MSCI and EFA closely mirrors the "I" fund?? If a person were to buy one of them in a traditional Roth IRA, would 1 be better than the other? Obviously whenever your recommendation is to move to the next fund, I would sell(in the Roth)and buy that appropriate one that matches one of our 5 TSP options. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO and schooling us!!!!!
MSCI is the stock symbol for the US company that created the EFA etf.
EFA is the etf that closely mirrors the I fund.
They are NOT synonymous.
