You've missed a couple that I track, including mine, so this is a shameless plug for how well my seasonal timing strategies continue to perform.  The ones missing from your list are:

1 TSP Talk Plus - we track one allocation per site...the best one long term.  In this case, Intrepid Timer.

   By the way, TSP Talk's allocations have come and gone and come back again...I think this is its third

   iteration.

2. TSP Smart has 5 allocations.  It should always do well...at least one of the 5 should.

3. TSPFundTrading and Thrifttrading..see previous discussions

4. TSP Timing consists of 3 strategies...it should always do well..at least one of the 3.
