[TSP_Strategy] Re: Final 2016 Advisory Services Performance

You've missed a couple that I track, including mine, so this is a shameless plug for how well my seasonal timing strategies continue to perform.  The ones missing from your list are:

I provide five years of future IFTs (currently a full six years through 2022), so the effective cost is just $39/year.  I also got my 2^nd site ETFTiming.com online this weekend, which effectively provides the data that shows it's best for most Feds to stay in the TSP when you retire…unless you're brave enough to try to short the market during bear markets. I just think there's too many ways to screw up an IRA (for example, I did a fine job of destroying my own IRA back in the dot.com crash of 2001-03) and rolling over your TSP to an IRA upon retirement is a bad idea for most people, just my opinion.  I'm the only TSP service that's currently using a 3^rd part independent party to track my system (TimerTrac.com, and you can also see all of my IFTs through the links, with a 15-day delay….I'm currently in the F fund in all systems), so I'm the only service of those you list that has public proof of my returns.  I signed up for that same tracking service for my 3 ETF strategies today and should have the links on etftiming.com within a few days after they've had a chance to get it set up.  

Pardon my self-promotion, but having the best returns at the lowest price out there, I think I've earned the right to do that once in a while, and what better day than January 1^st.  And I'd like to I wish everyone here a great year with your investing and otherwise in 2017.
