addendum:

next investment exterior to TSP will be in one of the 5 (4 still open) Fidelity funds that have investments in SpaceX, when i get free cash

thats pretty much my strategy

Sarah,
i follow TSLA, ALB, NVDA, LACDF and PEIMF fairly closely

basically, electric vehicles, (tsla) super computers that control electric vehicles (nvda), lithium miners (major) ALB, and a few lithium miners (minor players) (lacdf, peimf) [the lithium is a 7% portion of the battery]

i remember the "flash crash" of 1987, that you can barely see on the graph, the crash when Kennedy died (1-2 days?)

overall the market seems up.

a very short term graph of INDU freaked me out, until i calmed down and looked at longer term and saw parallels

(i hang out on investors forum of tesla_motor_club where there is a fair amount of only slightly biased information){5% of my investments are in the above 5 companies, allocated 75%, 10%, 10%, 2.5% 2.5%) last 2 are very speculative penny stocks and quite dangerous]

everytime i got emotional, i had losses

It is interesting that you state that because, regardless of whether I analyze the markets since 2015, or since 2007, the results/forecasts that I see are largely the same....
