if you graph INDU since early 2016, Brexit was a blip, 1-2 days, however since 11/9, INDU has gone not quite vertical, but up 2,150 points, an alarming unsustainable rise. I expect an unknown pullback, just am very unsure as to extent
I agree that there will be a pullback of all major indices soon. However, the pullback should be minor. I become more fearful of pullbacks when the markets reach what I consider to be "unsustainable" heights.
As of now, I believe that a 21% rise in the S fund is reasonable and sustainable, as is an 8% rise in the C fund and a 9% rise in the DJIA. When/if we near those levels, I would tend to view future rises as "unsustainable" longer term.
